Basiru Terry
Basiru is an Associate in the Large Loss department, based in the London office. Basiru joined Weightmans in 2015 and initially worked successfully within the Disease department (handling claims including mesothelioma, HAVS/VWF, NIHL) before moving to Large Loss in May 2020. Basiru has extensive experience in defending motor, public and employers' liability claims on behalf of UK insurers and local authorities. Basiru is also adept at defending claims that involve fraud. Basiru specialises in catastrophic personal injury cases including severe brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims.
