Kerri Whittaker

Kerri is a Principal Associate in the property litigation team in Manchester, specialising in commercial property disputes and housing matters. She is dual-qualified in the jurisdictions of England & Wales and Northern Ireland. Kerri deals with wide a range of commercial property matters including lease renewals, dilapidations claims, breaches of commercial leases and advises clients on all property and lease related matters. She has a broad range of experience of housing disputes on behalf of private landlords and housing associations, specifically in relation complex housing issues, housing disrepair and regularly advises clients in relation to bespoke issues they have in respect of same. Kerri has also acted for private landlords in respect of claims relating to forfeiture and other breaches and has obtained possession of commercial properties.
