Claire Livingstone

Claire is a consumer law specialist and leads Wiggin’s Consumer Law team. She is also an experienced commercial lawyer, providing advice to clients across the media, e-commerce, and technology sectors. “Consumer law compliance can be daunting – the law is complex, and the sanctions for breach are getting much tougher. I work with businesses from start-ups to established global brands, guiding them through the network of consumer protection laws and drawing on long experience of my clients’ niche markets. Outside of the consumer arena, I regularly advise on and negotiate complex commercial deals for businesses across Wiggin’s media, e-commerce, and tech sectors. This experience enables me to quickly identify the key commercial and legal issues, and to bring deals to a close effectively, efficiently, and with the best outcome for my clients.
