Paul Davies is a Partner in the Commercial Property department at Davitt Jones Bould with over 20 years’ experience advising on the full spectrum of commercial property matters, including disposals, acquisitions, option agreements, overage and clawback, voluntary registration schemes, unregistered titles, wayleaves and easements, and landlord and tenant matters. He has worked in-house at Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council and in private practice (including as Head of Commercial Property at Harper James and roles at HBJ Gateley Wareing and Eversheds) and has advised retail clients such as HSBC Retail, Bathstore.com, Goodyear Dunlop Tyres, Goldsmiths, Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and BT.
