Mark is a partner in our Corporate & Commercial team. Mark's work includes private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, investments and fundraisings, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, LLP and partnership arrangements and company and contract law issues. He has experience of AIM and main market listing and fundraising work and has advised on all aspects of the public company regulatory framework. Mark has worked on a number of cross-border transaction and has extensive experience in a range of sectors including food & drink, health and social care, manufacturing, technology and consumer goods. · Wilsons

He has experience of AIM and main market listings and public company regulatory matters, has worked on cross-border transactions and practises across sectors including food & drink, health and social care, manufacturing, technology and consumer goods; he became a partner at Wilsons in May 2020 after qualifying and joining Burges Salmon in 2010.
