
Ali Batchelor
Ali is a Partner in our clinical negligence department and leads the firm’s inquest team. She specialises in advising clients in relation to coroner’s inquests and claims involving catastrophic injury. She is one of a select few practitioners nationwide to hold APIL’s fatal specialist status, an accreditation reserved for those dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for those pursuing claims when a loved one has died through negligence. Ali is recommended in the Legal 500, in which she is praised for her technical expertise and the tailored support she offers her clients. She is recognised for her experience in complex and especially sensitive cases and has extensive knowledge of Article 2 inquests, including deaths in prison, or deaths involving mental health treatment.
