Maxwell Brunette is the practice group leader of Gowling WLG's Employment & Labour Law group in the Calgary and Vancouver offices. He represents employers across sectors in labour and employment matters, regularly defending wrongful dismissal claims, labour relations and employment standards disputes, human rights complaints, and conducting workplace investigations; he also advises on collective bargaining, employment and consulting contracts, termination agreements, workplace policies, and post-employment restraints.
