Jennifer Danahy is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office who practises exclusively in environmental law, advising lenders, borrowers, vendors and purchasers on environmental aspects of corporate transactions and assisting clients with environmental management systems, compliance audits and due diligence. She is an experienced litigator who appears before the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Ontario Municipal Board and Ontario courts, and handles defences of environmental prosecutions and related civil litigation under statutes such as the Environmental Protection Act and Ontario Water Resources Act.
