Laurent Massam is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and the Canadian leader of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation and Strategy Group, with 15 years' experience as a litigator and strategic adviser on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. He has acted as trial counsel in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and commercial matters and regularly appears before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Copyright Board of Canada and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice; he has also been recognized by peers in Lexpert and Managing IP.
