Martin Palleson is a Partner in Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office and head of the Vancouver office advocacy department. He practises commercial litigation with an emphasis on corporate and insolvency & restructuring disputes and has significant experience in real estate, franchise, construction, insurance and environmental/natural resource law; he has appeared at all levels of the British Columbia and Federal Courts and has experience in mediation and arbitration.
