Tom is a senior corporate-commercial lawyer with more than twenty years' experience in renewable energy project development and finance, frequently sought for his knowledge of complex power project contracts. He leads Gowling WLG Canada's Energy Sector Group and is active in teaching, industry and nonprofit boards, and was appointed in 2022 to the roster of adjudicators under Annex 309 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
