Marcus Dearle is a Senior Partner at Miles Preston with over 34 years' experience in complex domestic and international family law and trust matters. He is a 26-year veteran of Withers (1990–2016), has specialist expertise acting for trustees and HNW/UHNW clients in divorce and trust disputes, is recognised for pioneering work in international surrogacy and medico‑legal/fertility law, and is immediate past Chair of the IBA Family Law Committee and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
