Gina Cheetham
Gina is an Associate in our Commercial and Charities Team based in the Thames Valley, with a particular focus on advising charities. Gina advises clients on a range of charity law, governance, regulatory and commercial issues. These include initial establishment of a charity and Charity Commission registration, constitutional matters, incorporation, merger and winding up. She also helps charity clients with legal and regulatory compliance including assisting clients to engage with Charity Commission reviews and inquiries. Her experience covers advising on grants and funding agreements, commercial sponsorship, collaboration arrangements and trading. Gina works with charities of all sizes, those operating nationally, internationally and locally, education providers (including universities, colleges of further education, academies and independent schools) and NHS charities.
