Louis is an Associate in our Employment Law team. He advises on a wide range of issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Louis advises employer clients across a range of sectors and industries on the full spectrum of employment law issues. He regularly assists in: defending employment tribunal claims; advising on internal processes, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance issues; drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks; redundancies; and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
