David advises public and private sector organisations on all aspects of regulatory, policy and governance advice. David works with clients on issues of public law, governance and regulation with a particular focus on the health sector. David has advised organisations on key projects including primary legislation for the NHS, the supply and administration of medicines and organisational change. He is best known to clients for offering advice which is practical and reflects the political environment in which they operate. David works with organisations across the public, voluntary and private sectors. These range from national regulators to charitable providers of health services and health tech companies.
