Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Regulatory team, specialising in professional regulatory and disciplinary law. Sarah has significant experience in regulatory and disciplinary law. She acts on behalf of professional regulatory bodies in relation to fitness to practise proceedings. She also sits as a Legal Advisor to professional conduct panels. Sarah has particular experience in representing a variety of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, dentists and social workers, in relation to professional discipline matters. Sarah also advises accountants in respect of investigations undertaken by regulators such as the ICAEW and the ACCA. Sarah has experience of advising and representing healthcare professionals and care providers at coroner’s inquests and in relation to criminal investigations.
