Owen is a Legal Director in our national Construction Group and has over 20 years’ experience of working in the sector. Owen undertakes both (non-contentious) project work and contentious work. Owen advises on procurement strategies, contract drafting and negotiation for stand-alone and complex property/ development agreements and all related construction legal documentation, as well as advising on disputes should they arise. Owen’s work comprises projects procured across a variety of sectors including commercial, infrastructure, retail & leisure, education, healthcare and residential for a large range of clients. Owen’s expertise covers the entire procurement chain, from inception to completion, and he works with a wide range of clients including local authorities, private developers, landlords, tenants, funders, registered providers, contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors. · Blake Morgan LLP
