Mike is the managing partner at Blake Morgan. Mike specialises in all aspects of employment law, including restrictive covenants, commercial agents regulations and disqualification of directors. He has particular expertise in employment tribunal work and high court litigation, where he undertakes his own advocacy. His work also focuses on the social housing, retail and education sectors in relation to employment.
