Tina specialises in working with the public sector, primarily undertaking defendant personal injury work on behalf of the NHS and national and local government. Tina’s case load includes RTA, employer’s liability, public liability and disease claims at all levels of severity. She also provides advice to NHS bodies and other public bodies on a range of issues, including Judicial Review, Inquests, the NHS Performers List Wales Regulations 2004, continuing health care, funded nursing care and the NHS Pharmaceutical Regulations.
