Partner at Shakespeare Martineau LLP based in England with over 30 years' experience specialising in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint venture arrangements and shareholder agreements, and advising on corporate transactions and commercial contracts for clients from start-ups to established companies. He trained in Bristol, spent 11 years with Lyons Davidson’s corporate and commercial team before moving to Thrings, Clarke Willmott (where he was head of corporate Bristol) and Blake Morgan, is a Director of the Business and West of England China Bureau, and has been involved in transactions including assisting Grafton Group's first UK acquisition and the acquisition of Bristol Rugby.
