
Daniel Spendlove
With over 20 year’s experience, Daniel specialises in complex and high value commercial litigation, often with an international focus. He represents both claimants and defendants in the High Court English litigation and international arbitrations. Daniel’s clients include corporations, investment banks, investment funds, bondholders, industrial groups and high / ultra high net worth clients. Daniel has particular experience in M&A disputes, litigation involving funds and other investments, joint venture and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims. He is particularly experienced in disputes emanating from the CEE region and the USA. Daniel has been, and continues to be, involved in some of the most significant and high profile ‘bet the company’ cases in the London litigation market, several of which have been featured in The Lawyer’s “Top 20 Cases of the Year”. In recent years, he has handled a number of prominent group claims, and he is well versed in bringing and defending claims backed by litigation funders.
