Eleanor deals with all aspects of onshore UK tax, private client and trust work and her clients include some large family businesses. She also advises on offshore structures and international tax and estate planning, with a particular interest in the USA. Eleanor further specialises in charity law, dealing in particular with governance issues, philanthropy and CSR planning for companies. Eleanor is a member of the firm’s Art Law & More team and advises on the full spectrum of art matters for private clients. Her clients include wealthy families and individuals with large art collections as well as high profile artists and not-for-profit art foundations.
