Rahul advises ultra-high net worth's, family offices, entrepreneurs and businesses on a variety of corporate and banking matters including fund raisings throughout the capital stack (such as equity, senior debt and mezzanine debt transactions), joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions as well as assisting clients with day to day commercial agreements. He also has significant experience in advising on private funds in the real estate, private equity and venture capital sectors on structuring and regulatory matters.
