Lorna is a Senior Associate with particular expertise in advising global companies and banks, and has experience in advising on all aspects of executive and employee incentive matters. This includes global and UK employee share plans and executive remuneration. Lorna has a broad corporate and commercial background and offers practical, commercial advice. Lorna is a lead on a number of our large global clients such as Rolls-Royce, Volvo, Dell and TripAdvisor and plays a key role in client relationships with Morgan Stanley.
