Liina Tulk is a solicitor in Edmonds Marshall McMahon's dispute resolution team who advises on a wide range of commercial and financial disputes—including banking and complex derivatives, professional negligence and fraud—and regularly pursues settlement through mediation and negotiation as well as via the courts.
