Duncan is a Partner. He leads our private client and charity team. A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Duncan holds a STEP Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes. He's also the former Chair of both STEP Liverpool and the Liverpool Law Society’s Non-Contentious Business Committee. Duncan's clients include individuals, trusts and owner-managed businesses. In advising on overall estate planning, Duncan provides trust and tax advice in conjunction with drafting tax-efficient Wills and backing these up with Lasting Powers of Attorney. He also deals with trust creation and administration, probate administration and Court of Protection work. With a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious work, Duncan is experienced in driving effective wealth protection strategies.
