A commercial property lawyer who specialises in property finance, Helen has expertise in acquisitions, commercial leases (for landlords and tenants) and disposals, especially in relation to multi-let commercial premises, nurseries and offices Helen acts for a broad range of clients including institutional and private lenders, local authorities, local businesses, family offices and asset managers. She also works closely with our Deal Advisory and Banking and Finance teams to advise both lenders and corporate borrowers on matters concerning property-secured facilities.
