Iain Gamble
Iain is a Partner and head of our real estate practice group. He oversees our entire real estate offering and manages our extensive team, providing clients with strategic advice on complex projects to help them reach a successful completion. Known for his calm approach and personable manner, Iain is a skilled negotiator. With expertise in property development and regeneration, he specialises in long-term, large-scale and complex urban renewal projects. Iain acts on property matters for investors, landlords, developers and corporate occupiers. Since qualifying in 2008, Iain has worked on a significant number of key matters, including Liverpool Waters, Wirral Waters, Chatham Waters and Everton’s Bramley Moore Dock stadium development on behalf of longstanding client Peel Waters, as well as Eden Project Morecambe for Lancaster City Council.
