Rachel is a Partner and experienced lawyer in our private client team. She helps clients to plan for their futures and navigate life’s challenges, offering specialist advice on all aspects of private client law including Wills, inheritance tax, succession and estate planning, the creation and administration of trusts, estate administrations, Lasting Powers of Attorney and mental capacity issues. Rachel acts for a wide range of private clients including high-net-worth individuals, families, business clients and those with complex family circumstances. A member of our sports sector team, Rachel also acts for professional athletes, advising them on estate planning. She acts as professional Trustee and Attorney on a number of matters and has extensive experience in dealing with issues affecting older and vulnerable clients. With a solid background in non-contentious work, Rachel is experienced in dealing with complex estate administrations. She deals with a variety of high-value estates, many of which involve a cross-border element. Acknowledging that every client is unique, Rachel offers bespoke advice tailored to the specific needs of the individuals and families she works with.
