Josephine is a Partner and the joint head of our housing team, leading our housing litigation sub-team. An experienced housing lawyer, she handles issues such as anti-social behaviour, injunctions, possession, breaches of tenancy, rent arrears, housing disrepair, leasehold management (including lease interpretation), breaches of leases and service charge collection as well as data protection matters.
