Sarah leads our Lancashire private client team. An experienced private client lawyer, she helps people to handle confidential matters and prepare for the future — regularly advising on matters like Wills, estates, inheritance tax and succession planning, estate administration (probate) and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Sarah also advises on issues relating to the provision of care for elderly and vulnerable people and is often approached by organisations and other professionals to provide advice to vulnerable clients and their families.
