Zoe drafts, negotiates and agrees building contracts, professional appointments, subcontracts, development agreements, framework agreements, ancillary documents (e.g. collateral warranties and deeds of variation), security documents (e.g. parent company guarantees and performance bonds) and wider commercial agreements.
