He's a specialist in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises, commercial property management and non-contentious landlord and tenant law, including practice and procedure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Richard has considerable expertise in multi-site transfer or regear projects, sub-sale and leaseback transactions as well as the acquisition and disposal of going concerns.
