Andrew is a Partner and leads our property litigation team. He specialises solely in property litigation and advises on issues such as lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), rent reviews, dilapidations claims, break notices (and other forms of property notices), restrictive covenants as well as rent and service charge arrears recovery. He acts for developers and local authorities as well as landlord and tenant clients. Andrew has significant experience in the retail sector and particular niche expertise in relation to litigation arising from business rates mitigation strategies. Andrew has a strong background in contentious work and has represented clients in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the County Court and the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), as well as in arbitration proceedings.
