Imogen is an Associate in our charities, not-for-profits and social enterprises team. She advises on a range of charity law issues and matters including setting up, incorporating and registering new charities, restructuring, merging and reorganising charities, closing charities, providing governance advice including carrying out governance reviews and assisting with constitutional and trustee/membership issues. Imogen also handles matters involving the Charity Commission including applications for cy-près schemes, applications to release permanent endowment and dealing with conflicts of interests. Imogen also features on the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025, which recognises lawyers who undertook 25 hours or more of legal pro bono work over the last year. · Brabners LLP
