She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2009 and as a solicitor in 2011, has worked in the Department of Trade and Industry's Public Interest Unit investigating MTIC fraud, and advises on restructuring transactions, directors' disqualification proceedings, shareholders' disputes and asset/foreign debt recovery for insolvency practitioners.
