Simon is a Partner in the Litigation and Insolvency team in the Mourant Cayman Islands office with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring matters, valuation disputes and fraud and asset tracing. Simon is instructed by financial institutions in respect of the largest and most complex disputes currently before the Courts and is currently instructed in the SINA Corp appraisal case. In the last decade, Simon has acted in most of the major insolvency and restructuring matters including Madoff, Sphinx, and DD Growth and the Abraaj Group. He currently acts for the for creditors of the Direct Lending Income Fund and the liquidators of PetroSaudi International arising out of the IMDB fraud. · Mourant
