I'm based in our Jersey office in our Investment Funds practice. I advise on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures including co-investments, club deals, joint ventures, managed accounts and executive co-investment and carried interest. I advise across asset classes but my particular expertise is with private equity, venture and real estate investment structures. I act for a range of clients from first time managers to institutional fund managers. · Mourant
