Romain is Counsel in our Luxembourg office. His practice focuses primarily on working with real estate and private equity fund promoters in connection with fund launches, restructurings, investment holding structures and associated related regulatory matters. Romain also has a broader expertise in legal, regulatory, corporate and contractual aspects relevant to the fund, banking and insurance industries, and assists on cross-border transactions, including marketing authorisations, acquisitions, reorganisations, establishment, and closure of branches and representative offices. · Mourant
