Managing Partner of Mourant's Singapore office and a member of the firm's Corporate and Funds practice, he advises investment funds on Cayman Islands and BVI legal issues including the structuring, formation, launch and maintenance of private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, carried interest vehicles and downstream private equity transactions. He joined Mourant in 2023 from Maples and Calder and was the sole winner of Lexology's 2022 Client Choice Award for Private Funds in Singapore.
