Based in Jersey, Alasdair practises both Jersey and British Virgin Islands law. His practice includes structured finance, high yield, banking, corporate, debt and equity listings on The International Stock Exchange (TISE) as well as insolvency, restructuring and security enforcement with a particular focus on distressed CMBS transactions.
