Holly Barber Collis
Holly is an associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team, based in Bermuda. She advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate, finance and commercial law. Holly has acted for local and international corporate and financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, private equity houses and digital asset businesses on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, debt financings and equity capital raises, licensing and regulatory matters. Holly is also a key member of the Carey Olsen liquidations team. She has experience advising clients in sectors including banking, crypto and blockchain, fintech and regtech, government and public sector, insurance, investment and wealth management and private equity.
