Matthew is a Senior Associate in Carey Olsen's corporate team based in the Bermuda office, advising on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters with particular focus on corporate governance, M&A, fintech and digital assets, intellectual property and wider technology sectors. Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2025 he trained at Dechert LLP and served as Global Head of Legal at Technicolor; he was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2017.
