Alex Thornton de Mauroy

Alex is counsel to the dispute resolution and litigation team with experience in complex commercial litigation, contentious insolvency matters, public law cases and regulatory enforcement. Since moving to Guernsey, Alex has been involved in a range of matters. These include acting for certain directors to defend claims in the region of USD 1 billion brought by joint liquidators, advising parties involved in regulatory enforcement proceedings at the Royal Court and Court of Appeal level, acting for high net worth individuals in connection with a range of issues, and advising on various public law matters including judicial review.
