Robert Dobbyn

Robert Dobbyn is a partner in Carey Olsen's trusts and private wealth group in Jersey. Robert is an expert in private client structuring under Jersey law. In particular, he advises on the establishment and ongoing administration of Jersey law trusts, foundations and complex private trust company arrangements. He also assists his colleagues in other teams with transactional corporate or finance work from a trusts perspective, and with semi-contentious or contentious trust matters. His clients include settlors and beneficiaries around the world as well as their trustees and onshore advisers, especially those based in London, Switzerland and the Middle East. He contributes regularly to industry journals and publications dealing with matters concerning Jersey trusts, foundations and succession law.
