Victoria is counsel in Carey Olsen's Jersey trusts and private wealth team. She specialises in wills, probate, capacity and estate planning matters and has 18 years of experience. She has considerable expertise and interest in the succession planning and will drafting for, and administration of, high value, complex and cross border estates. For locally based clients, Victoria can advise on all aspects of Jersey wills, probate, forced heirship, registration of immovable Wills and mental capacity law issues such as lasting powers of attorney. She also acts as professional executor, delegate and attorney. For those clients who are internationally based but with interests in Jersey, Victoria advises on all cross border and private international law matters pertaining to these. Victoria has also made Court appearances in non-contentious matters such as applications to vary a will, admit lost wills to probate and forced heirship claims.
