Lyndsay Houlette
Lyndsay is a senior associate in the property team in Jersey. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, property development, landlord and tenant matters, investments and asset management. Lyndsay also has significant experience in construction and infrastructure projects including both ground-mounted and roof-mounted solar developments. She also frequently provides property law support to our corporate and banking teams in respect of high value, multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing, as well as acting for a significant number of lenders in respect of residential and commercial loans. · Carey Olsen
