Nienke Malan

Nienke is a Jersey qualified solicitor with over a decade of post qualification experience in investment funds and international commercial matters. Specialising in cross border investment and collective investment vehicles, Nienke’s clients praise her for her proactive and solutions focused approach to every transaction, irrespective of size and complexity. She pursues excellence in everything she does and her ability to see the bigger picture has led her to work with many significant local and international fund managers, real estate investors and financial institutions on transactions with a Jersey nexus.
