David Robinson is a consultant in Forsters LLP’s private client group who advises individuals and families on preserving and transmitting wealth, including UK and offshore capital taxation, and frequently acts as a trustee or executor. He has extensive experience advising owners of landed estates and specialised knowledge of tax exemptions affecting fine houses and works of art; he was a private client partner at Forsters from 1998 and served as head of the private client group for fifteen years until 2013, having joined Frere Cholmeley in 1985 and being a founding partner of Forsters.
