Richard Cox is head of Browne Jacobson's national corporate team and leads the firm's international group. He specialises in corporate finance and advises on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity transactions, joint ventures and shareholders' arrangements, with particular sector experience in technology, retail and food and drink, and represents the firm on the board of the international network Pangea Net.
